Return Policy
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return
- Log in to your account at kidsoutdoorswear.com and navigate to your order history.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to generate a return label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
